What does Shatter The Azure Heavens do?

Eight hits for a combined 145x. Among the three documented Mythical skills it sits in the middle on damage: below Unity Of Heaven And Man at 155x and above its school-mate Tread The Dragon Palace at 140x.

Its cooldown is 37 seconds, two more than Tread The Dragon Palace and about eleven fewer than Unity Of Heaven And Man.

What else is the skill book used for?

An NPC on Snow Island, the Phoenix Guardian, asks for three skill books in exchange for a race called the Phoenix Soul. His offer reads: “Unlock Island 4, bring one unequipped copy of each required skill book, One Hook Supreme, Taiji Hooking Art, and Shatter the Azure Heavens, and bring 3 Legendary fish caught at Island 4” (read from the dialog in Bùm Roblox’s September 25 video). If you plan to do that quest, a spare copy of this book has a use.

• Rarity rate: the roll panel lists 0.5% for the Mythical tier. This skill’s individual rate is not confirmed.
• Rarity pity: every 500 spins guarantees a Mythical skill; this particular skill is not guaranteed.

The Skill Master community page reports a Mythical every 500 spins. The roll panel in Dưa Hấu Gaming’s September 29 footage lists Mythical at 0.5% and a /500 counter. Community skill pages may attach these numbers to individual skills, but neither source establishes an individual chance, equal odds or a choice of skill. We have not tested the rolls ourselves.

What is Dinghai Divine Hook Arts?

The school is described as the technique of the Shi family, used by a character named Shi Jindiao. Its theme is control: steadying the rod, steering the fish and absorbing a hard pull. Two skills are documented under it, this one and Tread The Dragon Palace.
